Provides information and referral services to residents needing to access the state's BH/DS system. Also provides Intake and case management services to assess individual needs, assist individuals in accessing appropriate services, assess financial resources available and coordinate service delivery.

Assists individuals to fully function as members of our community with-out twenty-four hour staff supervision.
