Services include the following: Provides information and answers questions about emergency shelters and engagement centers for individuals experiencing homelessness in Allegheny County. Makes connections to street outreach for individuals experiencing literal homelessness in Allegheny County. Assesses eligibility for housing programs for people experiencing literal homelessness in Allegheny County.

Provides a drop-in center for people experiencing homelessness. Offers coffee and meal service, showers, laundry, and transportation to shelter. Offers case management and health care services, including dental, primary care, behavioral health care, and reproductive health care.

Provides rental assistance, rapid-re-housing and supportive services to eligible participants.

Manages HUD housing funds to rapidly connect to permanent housing through a tailored package of assistance that may include time-limited funding.

Provides outreach to the veteran homeless community by helping homeless veterans with clothing, hygiene, food, and any other comforts they may need. Offers assistance to homeless veterans who have addictions and offer to get them into treatment if they desire. FSB can help get with shelter, employment, and other services. A homeless veteran qualifies for care through the VA even if it is not service connected. As long as they are under the care of a program, they will get the medical help they need.

Provide assistance to persons with serious mental illness who reside in homelessness situations that help them link with mental health treatment, rehabilitation, and housing resources.

Serves as the National Call Center for homeless veterans or veterans at-risk of homelessness. Services includes compensated work therapy (CWT), homeless veteran supported employment program (HVSEP), homeless providers grant and per diem program, HUD-VA supportive housing (VASH) program, acquired property sales for homeless providers program, supportive services for veterans families program (SSVF), health care for homeless veterans (HCHV) program, homeless patient aligned care teams (H-PACTS) program, homeless veterans dental program, project chaleng (community homelessness assessment, local educational and networking groups), veteran justice outreach, substance use disorder treatment enhancement initiative, health care for re-entry veterans program, and readjustment counseling service's vet center program.

Together, the Coalition provides personalized human and housing services for all individuals and families facing or experiencing homelessness, and ensures homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring.

Case Management Services available to anyone receiving services in the Homeless Assistance Programs.

Offers a day shelter that provides breakfast; mail, fax, and phone services; lockers (30 days max); public restrooms; hot showers with towels and soap provided; crisis intervention and mental health counseling; social service applications and referrals; a monthly legal aid clinic; and an ID clinic to obtain state IDs, birth certificates, and social security cards. Serves as a cooling center or code blue shelter during extreme weather emergencies.

Offers shelter for the homeless. Provides two meals a day, lodging, and laundry facilities.

National Call Center for homeless veterans or veterans at-risk of homelessness. Callers will be connected to trained hotline staff who will conduct a brief screening to assess needs; homeless veterans will be connected with the Homeless Point of Contact at the nearest VA facility; family members and non-VA providers calling on behalf of a homeless Veteran will be provided with information regarding the homeless programs and services available; contact information will be requested so staff may follow-up. Offering the Feeding Families Ministry that provides food pantry, grab and go food services as well as holiday outreach programs, warm clothing for winter, and outreach for the homeless outreach, helping those who are needy. Families can get food 1 time a week.

Offers as a day shelter for displaced and/or homeless individuals. Provides telephone contact, mail privileges, showers, laundry services, daily storage and late afternoon nourishments as well as vital continual community contact in a non threatening sober environment.

Offers permanent supportive housing to individuals experiencing chronic homelessness.

Provides basic case management services, and rental assistance to adults and families in York County who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk for eviction (NOTE: Referrals to rental assistance are limited as funds are limited).
