Preschool for continually learning and growing in an educational setting while getting ready to make a transition into kindergarten. Opportunities are provided for preschoolers to interact and engage socially in a variety of ways. Preschoolers are often free to make their own independent learning choices such as literacy, math, science, music, art and computer skills.

All services are provided in the comfort and privacy of the patient's own home. Provides life skills development & case management services for current & former foster care youth.

School-based outreach is a prevention program initiated in cooperation with local school districts to provide crisis and short-term interventions for at risk children and families in each school district community. Services available through this program include assessment, intervention, individual student contacts, small group activities, family home visits, crisis intervention, summer programming, and referrals to other community resources and services. School-Based Outreach caseworkers serve as liaisons between the school, families and community resources and serve on each schoolâs Student Assistance Program team. The goal of the program is to quickly identify and resolve child/family issues/concerns before they escalate into formal referrals into one of the child welfare or other service system.

Single County Authority (SCA) for substance abuse services in the two-county area. Responsible for the planning, funding, and coordination of local alcohol, gambling and other drug programs. Direct services provided by the Commission are Case Management, Prevention, Student Assistance Program services and trainings, Hepatitis C screenings and referrals. Treatment services are subcontracted to other agencies.

PCCO operates a furniture ministry that collects donated used furniture beds, dressers, tables, chairs, bookcases, and sofas and appliances refrigerators, washers and dryers and then redistributes them to those in need. has a furniture program in which good used furniture is collected and distributed to anyone in need.
