Program of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission which provides high quality telephone captioning services for individuals with hearing loss. This is a service that allows individuals to listen to their phone conversations while reading word-for-word captions of what is being said to them. They do this through the use of a uniquely designed captioned phone, which we provide free of charge to those who qualify and is available for both analog and internet-based phones. Captioning is also available on PC/Mac, smartphones and tablets.

Applications are taken at school district administration offices. The student does not have to be present to obtain the papers, parents can fill out the paperwork.
