Provides emergency services and 911 communications. Dispatches emergency fire, police, and ambulance. Follows up on suspicious activities and immediate responses such as suspicious packages, persons engaged in suspicious activity near critical infrastructure, key assets, transportation, and more.

Offers Truck to Trunk mobile food pantry service rotating between sites each week.

Provides reference and pleasure reading material, computer and Internet access, a summer reading program, and a preschool-aged story hour from fall through spring. Serves as a warming/cooling center during periods of extreme cold/heat.

Seeks to raise awareness about the links between trafficking, pornography, and commercial sex industry. Provides a safe space for individuals affected by the commercial sex industry to visit and receive trauma support and connections to resources. Also offers presentations to the public on these issues.

Provides legal representation on employment-related issues.

Serves as a learning center, educational resource, and cultural gathering place for children. Provides immersive, interactive exhibits that empower children and families to connect, create and learn through purposeful play.

Provides four levels of classes, from beginner to advanced; Classes in reading, writing and speaking English; Classes designed to prepare for college level course work in English

Provides non-medical personal assistance home care, home health nursing care and skilled physical, occupational and speech therapist. Services are provided in the individuals home or other independent living environments. Accommodates ongoing care, one-time-only requests when regular caregiver/family member is out of town.

Assists with recovery from addiction that starts in a medical detox unit. The detox facility is a medical unit where doctors and nurses monitor the patient 24/7 to keep them safe. The medical detox unit uses numerous different medications to effectively make someone as comfortable as possible and finally give the mind and body the rest and nutrition it needs.
