STD/HIV services include testing and treatment of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis, as well as testing and referral services for HIV. Partner notification of possible exposure to STDs and HIV is available and serves to increase testing and treatment to reduce the spread of disease.

Maintains a world-wide directory of Survivors of Incest Annonymous (SIA) self-help and support group meetings. Creates and distributes information tools such as literature, newsletter, and electronic media.

Head Start, PA Pre-K Counts programs and childcare. Child care centers include locations in Fountain Springs, Mahanoy City, Pottsville (2 locations), Saint Clair, Schuylkill Haven, Shenandoah, and Tamaqua.

Assists individuals in the Greater Pittsburgh Area who believe they have experienced housing discrimination (in rental, sales, mortgage, or homeowner's insurance processes) by enforcing fair housing laws, aiding persons with disabilities with requesting reasonable accommodations, and providing community outreach and education. Services include advocacy, assistance in filing reasonable accommodation requests and fair housing complaints, investigating discrimination claims, referrals to qualified attorneys, education of landlords and real estate professions, and building community awareness.

Provides non-medical personal assistance home care, home health nursing care and skilled physical, occupational and speech therapist.
