Provides adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health challenges the opportunity to live as independently as possible in homes with 24/7 support or a more independent living arrangement. Options include community group homes, licensed Lifesharing or unlicensed Lifesharing.

As of September 1, 2025, certain individuals are required to be working for at least 20 hours a week (or 80 hours each month) or qualify for an exemption. Individuals must report that they are meeting these work requirements or verify their exemption. This service provides the forms necessary to report an individual’s work or exemption status. Also offers assistance with completing the forms and submitting them to the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.

Widows meet for support and encouragement. Those who have been widows longer mentor new widows. Offers speakers that assist widows by sharing how God and others helped them through grief, nutritional education, budgeting, personal safety, etc.

Provides imaging services, including bone density scanning, X-rays, nuclear medicine, fluoroscopy, CT or CAT scans, PET/CT scans, mammography, ultrasound, and MRI services.

Provide assistance to persons with serious mental illness who reside in homelessness situations that help them link with mental health treatment, rehabilitation, and housing resources.

Offers housing-related resources whether you are interested in renting, currently renting, interested in buying a house, a current home-owner, a landlord, or currently experiencing homelessness.

Evaluates all residential and commercial properties in the county. Updates changes in property characteristics occurring through improvements or deterioration. Handles informal and formal review for court-ordered property reassessments.

Provides counseling and therapy services for adolescents/youth age 14 and older, adults, seniors, and families.

Helps children develop and maintain skills for problem solving, decision-making, communication, refusing substance abuse, and resolving conflict without violence. Prevention Specialists spend time at assigned schools, using evidence-based curricula that include basic life skills lessons and behavioral health instruction.

This program provides free groceries and essential food items to eligible individuals and families in need.

Administers preschool vision screenings that will identify eye diseases or vision deficiencies.

Provides emergency funding for rent, medical bills, food, and utilities and affordable apartments for low-income seniors. Also offers scholarships for high school seniors and adults age 26 and older.

Provides a three (3) month to six (6) month residential program in a drug and alcohol free atmosphere and enviornment for recovery from substance use. Structured program including individual, group and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Offers paid training to serve as Teen Conflict Coordinators with YEAH. Training teaches participants the skills to be able to resolve conflicts within their communities, schools, and their own lives.
