A supportive living relationship matching contracted provider(s) and individuals with similar lifestyles and interests; individual(s) live in the provider's home as a member of the family.

Provides one-time assistance emergency and preventative assistance. Services include rental assistance and move in assistance; and prevention of shut-offs for electrical, water, sewer, gas and other utilities; assistance with automobile insurance and payments; and ride share apps.
