Offers an Emergency Shelter Allowance, ESA, to help a homeless or near homeless family/individual to: stop eviction from your home/apartment or foreclosure of your house; find a long-term place to live; find a short-term place to stay.

Offers survivors prompt care and a comprehensive medical-forensic examination to reduce further trauma. Care includes assessing for injury with emergency medical consultation, providing post-exposure prophylactic treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), screening for pregnancy, and obtaining forensic evidence. Also provides referrals for ongoing medical and psychological care and support.

Provides library services, including a wide selection of books from bestselling authors, dynamic and entertaining educational programs for kids of all ages, Story Times, special events and programs, and free computer and Wi-Fi access. Offers additional activities outside the library where families can explore our StoryWalk® in nearby Lehr Park.

Provides access to food pantry that includes frozen meats, packaged grocery items and fresh produce and dairy to qualified individuals and families. Available to those in need once a week. Qualified families also have weekly access to a fully stocked clothing bank that includes adult, youth and children's clothing.

Departments include Zoning and Planning, Community/Economic Development, Emergency Services, Health Bureau, Parks and Recreation, Recycling and Solid Waste, Public Works and Police. Open door policy allowing citizens to drop into Bethlehem City Hall the second Monday of each month from 9:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 3:00pm to speak with Mayor Robert Donchez. Chats will last 15 minutes. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited to one visit each month. Located on the 2nd Floor of Building B.

16-bedroom facility with a home atmosphere with a fully functional kitchen, dining area, living room, activity room, sitting area, multiple full and half bathrooms and a front yard and back yard with patio furniture included.

Provides one (1) Narcan kit to Washington County residents.

Provides information on Celiac Disease, gluten sensitivity, and associated disorders.
