A Christian ministry for outreach to the disabled. Wheels for the World program refurbishes used wheelchairs and distributes them to disabled individuals in Third World countries. Individuals or groups interested in donating wheelchairs can contact the Chair Corps Area Representative. Only accept manual chairs, walkers, crutches/canes.

Supports individuals who have completed the Gatehouse program and individuals with spina bifida or other related disabilities who are living out in the community. The program also helps adults with spina bifida to locate housing in the community of their choice.

Provides infant care services

Offers energy assistance grants to qualified UGI Gas customers who experience difficulty paying heating bills.

Program provides money to help: Pregnant women; Dependent children and their parents who live with them; Dependent children and other relatives who live with them and care for them.

Provides volunteer opportunities including helping at a partnering farm or garden, in the commercial kitchen, in the warehouse, or in the office.

Provides a free, confidential and safe groups of families helping other families who live with mental health challenges by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned group wisdom.

Promotes and supports breastfeeding. A full-time Breastfeeding Peer Counselor is available to provide support, education, and resources to individuals who choose to breastfeed, including access to pumping supplies.

Support group for foster and adoptive parents is facilitated by Faye Hall MA. Many of the parents have foster and adoptive children who have experienced early trauma from neglect, abuse and abandonment. These children are at-risk for mental health treatment, involvement with juvenile justice system and out of home placement. The group's focus is to empower parents with knowledge, resources and empathy. The group welcomes professionals' attendance to aid in understanding the dynamics of parenting these children.

Provides emergency utilities payment assistance as well as prescription expense assistance and access to an emergency gas card.

Provides one on one peer mentoring, job placement, ID/licensure, and birth certificate.

Seeks to further enhance an individual's living skills both in the center and in the community. Services include skill building, job training, and support in the areas of communication, socialization, community activities, and personal care.

Provides a forum for leadership development. Participants learn more about the region, education, social services, and culture, among other topics.

Provides parents age-appropriate child development information, group meetings to share information, and screenings to provide early identification of developmental delays, health, vision and hearing issues as wells as provides a resource network.

A community-based services and model of Case Management in which staff members work in teams to partner with adults in reaching self-defined goals in order to achieve the life they desire.

Investigates complaints about long-term care services. Addresses concerns about the quality of care or treatment provided by long-term care facilities. These include transfer/discharge issues, violation of residents' rights and conflicts between facility staff and residents' families.

Provides evaluation and assessment for substance use disorder issues. Offers intensive outpatient (IOP) program, DUI assessments, and transportation for IOP services.

Municipal office

Provides recreational activities for children ages 3 to 6. Focuses on social development, independence, the development of new friendships, and the strengthening of self-esteem. Children are placed in coeducational groups by age. Activities included swimming lessons, recreational swimming, music, drama, arts, crafts, nature, computers, sports, games, and themed weeks.

Offers storytime for preschool aged children.
