Helps refugees, asylees, and victims of human trafficking prepare to enter the workforce. Services include Vocational English Language Training (VELT) classes; acculturation workshops; case management services; workshops on interviewing, resume writing, workforce foundation skills, and job readiness; computer literacy classes; job placement assistance and follow-up; and programming assisting youth ages 16 to 17 find part-time work during the school year or full-time summer employment.

Purpose of services is to reduce unplanned pregnancies by supporting women's choice to space their children or to remain childless, and to provide comprehensive gynecologic medical services. Services include physical exams; tests for STDs (including HIV); counseling about safe sex, abstinence, and contraceptives; contraceptive methods at no cost to patients; and pregnancy testing.

Offers grief support. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is a difficult and very individual experience. The Journey Program works to educate the community about loss and to provide support for individuals and families, so that they may maintain good health throughout the grieving process.

Provides equestrian therapeutic riding services that are overseen by PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) instructors certified in therapeutic riding.

The goal of the telephone crisis line is to ensure individual safety and promote recovery and wellness.

Serves Pennsylvaniaâs municipalities with transportation road maintenance and safety training since 1983. Services available through LTAP include workshop training, on-site technical assistance, updates on the latest technologies and innovations, field demonstrations, library and information materials, and newsletters. These services are available to all municipalities in the state and are provided at no cost to the users.

Provides confidential support groups for women who have undergone one or more abortions

The CATCH team is made up of the many stakeholders that provide services to families and their children in Chester County and contracted professionals. A team of professionals, including a developmental pediatrician, evaluates referred children suspected of having autism and makes appropriate recommendations for services. Provides skilled nursing care for patients who are in need of short or long term rehabilitation, post acute, sub acute, or long term care. Specialized clinical services include wound care, IV therapy, tracheotomy care, post-operative care, bariatric care, and diabetes management. Speech, occupational, physical, and pulmonary therapy services are offered 6 days a week in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
