The Wayne County Correctional Facility is located on Mid-Wayne Drive, which is off of Route 6, in Texas Township Pennsylvania. The facility houses both male and female offenders in various housing units.

People who believe they may have symptoms of the virus can get screened by LVHN online and by phone. People can call the MyLVHN nurse Information line at 888-402-5846 or complete an LVHN video visit by downloading the myLVHN app. If after the screening LVHN professionals determine a patient has Covid-19 symptoms they will be directed to one of the LVHN assess and test locations. Provides assessments and care management to help determine needs. Will help develop care plans to provide services to meet needs.

Operates food pantries on a regular basis for households or individuals who are in need of food.

Provides in-home therapy to families, parents/caregivers and adolescents struggling with substance abuse. Addresses behavioral problems, mood disorders, family dysfunction, poor communication, anger concerns, truancy, unemployment, home safety concerns. Sessions are 2-4 hours a week and are 6-12 months.

Offers a range of services for adults with developmental disabilities including respite care, pharmacotherapy, in-home supports, foster care, and day programs. Also provides individual, group, family, and marital therapies.

Early Intervention provides services and supports for children age 0-3 with developmental delays.

Provides stray and abandoned animals all necessary vet care, including health screening, spay or neuter, and vaccinations. Animals are then placed into volunteer foster homes while they await adoption into permanent homes.
