Provides a continuum of care to individuals with autism throughout the lifespan. Embeds Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) within all autism programs to teach basic skills and maximize communication.

An in-home assessment is completed with an older person to determine Medical Assistance functional eligibility. The assessment is commonly referred to as the FED (Functional Eligibility Determination) or the LOCA (Level of Care Assessment).

Adult Residential Behavioral Health Program operates seven Personal Care Homes in Delaware County. All are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.

We develop ways to help young people achieve and maintain healthy lifestyles. SMART Moves, our drug and alcohol prevention education program, is the prime instruction piece in this area. The Club sub-contracts with the Lackawanna County Commission on Drug & Alcohol to implement this program. Another program is the Get Real About Violence Program (GRAV) This program is geared for Club members ages 6-13. The program teaches students skills to be healthy by showing them how to maintain self-control when tempted by violence, resolve conflicts without violence, and prevent or avoid situations by using self control. In addition, a variety of personal hygiene and safety programs, health fairs, and other wellness activities are offered to Club members.

Provides housing stabilization services including credit and budget counseling; foreclosure prevention counseling; eviction prevention through payment assistance when funds are available and landlord-tenant mediation; and first-time home buyers education and counseling.

Career Closet provides new and gently used career clothing in men's and women's styles to help community members in need look their best during their job search. Donations of new, gently used, laundered career clothing for men and women in all sizes are accepted.

Working Papers: Any student 14-17 years old , prior to high school graduation, must have working papers for employment. Applications are taken at school district administration offices. The student does not have to be present to obtain the papers, parents can fill out the paperwork. To obtain working papers, a copy of the student's birth certificate must be taken to the school administration office. Call local school district for information on location and office hours. Summer Enrichment (Vacation Education): Some schools in the County offer non-credit enrichment courses over the summer break. These courses are designed to broaden the students experiences, keep minds and imaginations active, and offer peer interaction. Subjects that may be offered include: computers, cartooning, music, babysitting, chess, foreign languages, photography, etc. Some schools offer school social worker services.

Offers a weekly Bible study group for youth, age 8 and older, throughout the year. Also offers a 5-day Summer Vacation Bible study program with Bible lessons, crafts, and games for children in Kindergarten to grade 8. Adults are welcome to participate.Transportation is provided.

Offers immunizations to the most vulnerable populations in the commonwealth, particularly the uninsured and under-served, and are provided at the state health centers, community ventures, and community-based events.
