Assists clients with guardianship needs and services for elderly.

Offers 20 units for rent.

Provides music lessons, ensemble training, and performance opportunities to children whose parent(s) have some history of incarceration.

Offers emergency assistance for individuals and families who are in need of help with rent/mortgage to prevent eviction or utilities/heating fuel. Utilities include electricity, oil, gas, coal, firewood, sewer and water. The maximum amount of each assistance payment is one month's utility usage, one minimum delivery of oil/coal/firewood, one month's rent or one mortgage payment.
