Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services in Columbia, Cumberland, Juniata, Lebanon, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder and Union County. Clients will complete an assessment with an intake caseworker and will then be referred to the appropriate program.

WIC is a free program for those who qualify that offers: A) eWIC benefits to purchase nutritious foods at the grocery store. E) Referrals to health care and social services to help you stay connected to prenatal and pediatric medical care, as well as community services and programs that help your family stay healthy and strong.

Coordinates the response and recovery activities of the departments and organizations involved in emergencies.
