Provides a safe and affordable housing opportunity along with a comprehensive level of support for up to two people with the goal of leading healthy and independent lives in the community.

Provides Fire and EMS services to the Borough of Chambersburg and mutual aid to surrounding areas via the 911 system.

Partners with Philadelphia schools to identify young people who have experienced violence-related trauma. Program therapists and counselors provide a variety of trauma-informed services including individual clinical therapy, psycho-educational groups, and mentoring.

Provides dental care including cleanings, exams, x-rays, sealants, filling, extractions, root canals, urgent dental care, and health counseling. Also offers the Smiles of Joy Children Dental Program for children age 5 and younger. Other services include dental screenings, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and resources. All visits are completed by a public health hygienist.

Offers a warming center during extreme cold weather situations, furnace and home mishaps, and disasters.

Provides a community-based coalition that works together to prevent juvenile delinquency and strengthen families and communities using the CTC process model. Sponsors parenting programs, summer camps, and safe homes throughout the district.

Offers a 6-week hybrid program for boys ages 12 to 15 designed to enhance their self-image through physical activity, healthy relationships, and confidence building. Addresses goal setting, mental health, stress management, exercise, nutrition, recognizing toxic relationships, ethics, core values, career exploration, and leadership development. Includes yoga, team sports and team building activities, cooking instruction, guest speakers, and service projects.

This program is provided for children with developmental delays and is designed to teach parents how to address a child's delays in their natural environment. Speech, physical, and occupational therapy are also provided.

Social support individually or in a group for adults dealing with mental health issues.

Offers parenting workshops for fathers in Philadelphia, in-person and virtually using Zoom. Also offers individual and group counseling and referrals to other community resources including job training, mentoring, and educational and social services programs. Pays a $30 stipend. Transportation assistance and childcare services are available upon request.

Handles the financial, medical and private affairs of individuals who need assistance or are not able to handle their personal affairs. Services include power of attorney, guardianship, case management, estate management and planning, medical advocacy and decision making, placement in housing or nursing facility, counseling with families, paying bills, trustee services, and other ancillary services depending on need.

Provides telephone and in-person crisis intervention, assessment, screening, and referral for anyone experiencing a crisis or an overwhelming situation.
