The FACT Team is specifically designed for those clients meeting the several criteria for ACT but have a forensic criminal justice history. Services include psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring, service coordination, psychiatrist supports, crisis intervention, social skills training, psychiatric rehabilitation, vocational assessment, housing supports, activities of daily living, peer support services, leisure time training, service coordination, crisis assessment, intervention symptom assessment/management, medication administration/monitoring, and Other Major Supports.

Offers walk-in drug and alcohol assessments, intensive and general outpatient programs for adults and adolescents, individual and group therapy, individual family sessions, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual adolescent therapy, adolescent groups, and Certified Recovery Specialists services.
