Families must have resided in the Lehigh Valley for at least 12 months, meet income guidelines and be willing to contribute 250 hours of "sweat equity" into the construction of their own and other houses. Donations of some construction materials and vehicles are accepted. Vehicles which cannot be used, will be sold through www.carsforhomes.org. Volunteer opportunities are also available.
