An Older Adult Day Service program for individuals 60 years of age and older. It is a community based program which provides a cost effective alternative to Long Term Care, and encourages individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes, well into their golden years. Services are provided with care and consideration of each individuals needs and abilities. Provides eligible veteran households with outreach, assessment, case management, advocacy and assistance in obtaining VA and other benefits, which may include housing counseling, legal support, credit repair, financial planning services, and time-limited, temporary financial assistance.
