The Caregiver Support Program (CSP) provides resources and assistance to caregivers who are either:

• 55+ and caring for a related child or a related disabled adult
• Any age and caring for a functionally dependent individual of any age with Alzheimer's Disease or a related disorder

The CSP provides eligible primary caregivers of functionally dependent individuals aged 60+ with reimbursement for out-of-pocket costs associated with caregiving, such as respite care, incontinence supplies, and home modifications. Grandparents and other older relatives aged 55+ who are the primary caregivers for related children may be eligible to be reimbursed for day care, camps, seasonal clothing, school supplies, tutoring, and registration fees for school activities or sports.

Offers socialization and recreation for individuals who currently or in the past received mental health services.

Local attorneys volunteer to provide free legal representation for civil cases. A broad spectrum of civil cases are handled, including the following: landlord-tenant, debtor-creditor problems, unemployment compensation, termination of social security or SSI benefits, uninsured tort defense, family law and other serious civil matters. Simple wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives are provided for financially eligible adults age 60 and over. Assistance in clearing criminal records through the state pardon process is also provided.

Provides materials and information for life, work, and pleasure. Collections include books, DVDs, audiobooks, magazines, eBooks, and eAudiobooks. Warming center is available for individuals and families.

Assisting families and children through permanency and/or kinship process. Adoption services range from infants to older children and those with disabilities.

An informal "open" support group for those who have suffered the death of a loved one by suicide. LOSS offers the opportunity for sharing, support, and encouragement for anyone who has experienced the unique and profound grief of losing a loved one to suicide.

Offers shelter for males, reserved through the Chester County Re-Entry Program. Shelter beds for other men are provided on a space-available basis. A three-phase residential Bible program is also provided for men.

Provides individuals with limited English-language and employment skills as well as those lacking educational credentials receive literacy education, English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction, civics and citizenship classes, access to and support in the use of technology, support in transitioning to postsecondary education or employment, life skills, and counseling and case management.

Provides a weekday full-day nature summer camp for 6 weeks from early July into August. New themes every week and children sign up per week. Registration for camp opens in January.

Children's Review Team is an out of home placement option. It is the mechanism to insure that every community resource and option for a child has been considered and exhausted prior to a child being referred to a therapeutic foster care program or a residential treatment facility. The Children's Review Team will facilitate and connect children to the most appropriate mental health service as deemed by the Interagency Service Planning Team.

Provides behavioral health services. Assists in finding relief for disruption in emotional well-being through community-based services.

Offers weekly education sessions that cover topics related to self-determination and self-care, and offers participants a chance to discuss topics of interest and receive feedback from peers. Also offers social learning activities such as community outings to theaters, sporting events, art museums, holiday parties, and week long vacations.

Serves as a location to cash in nutrition program farmer's market vouchers by offering a farm market complete with local fruits and vegetables.

Provides comprehensive and confidential services to victims of domestic violence and their families, including emergency shelter, transitional housing, counseling, children's programming, safety planning, accompaniment to courts and hospitals, limited transportation and food assistance, advocacy on behalf of victims with other community systems, and legal assistance.
