Through enrollment, families will benefit from social services, support with medical and dental care, and provision of diapers, wipes, and food while the children are in care.

Provides non-skilled In-Home Caregivers to help clients gain and maintain new independence in essential activities of daily life. Services include bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, food prep, shopping and errands, light housekeeping, socializing, encouraging engagement, and respite for family caregivers. PennCares community habilitation services-for adults ages 21 and up with intellectual disabilities. PennCares community habilitation services foster personal growth with goal-oriented activities to develop and enhance independent living, recreation, socialization, and other life skills.

Provides comprehensive services for individuals whom the court has determined to be incapacitated and unable to make their own life decisions.

WIC provides low-income pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children under age 5 who are nutritionally at-risk with nutritious foods, nutrition and health education, breastfeeding promotion and a referral system for health and social services.
