Offers support, sharing, and friendship to parents who are grieving the death of a child. Features occasional speakers and a newsletter mailed to interested persons.

Provides treatment to young adults who recently experienced their first episode of psychosis. Services include low-dose medication management, individual and group therapy, family psychoeducation and support, case management, supported education and employment, and peer support services. Services and treatment are offered for up to 2 years.

Offers 1% loans up to $10,000 for energy efficient home repairs for those with low and moderate incomes. The loans can pay for air sealing, insulation and ductwork, energy-efficient windows and doors, heating and cooling system repairs or replacements, roof replacements, and remediation of barriers preventing Weatherization services. Low interest loans at 1% through PA Housing Finance Agency for income eligible families.

Offers substance abuse and HIV prevention programs to eeduce substance abuse and risky sexual behaviors among program participants.

Offers monthly educational programs.

Provides parenting education and support programs for parents of teens. Parenting program is free of charge and available to anyone seeking parenting education and support. A program of Parent Action Network (PAN).

Offers structured programs of personalized recreation and music activities, health, and social services for adults needing support and supervision during the day. Provides service coordination, information and referral, benefits counseling, and long-term care planning. Nursing care, physical and occupational therapy are also available.

Provides reduced fare trips for senior citizens on shared ride van. No out of county trips.

Outreach program of the Ulysses Library. It enables homebound residents of Ulysses to continue using the library's resources. Any of the library's circulating materials may be requested. Library volunteers or staff will deliver and pick up all items from your place of residence.

Offers programs in conservation science and training

• School Based Outpatient Services provide mental health services and counseling to children and adolescents within their home school.

• Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) are medically prescribed, in-home, intensive, and individualized mental health services. IBH Services are time-limited, goal directed interventions focused on children and adolescents who have been diagnosed with a serious emotional disturbance and are best served with IBHS treatment teams working both one-on-one with the child as well as with their families, to assist them in developing the skills to manage problematic behaviors.

Distributes products that have a short shelf life, such as fresh produce and dairy products.

Handles the establishment and enforcement of court orders relating to spousal and child support.

Food Pantry distributes food to any Lehigh County resident. Must sign a declaration of need. Residents may come for food and other items, 1x per month.

Represents residents, business owners, and other stakeholders in the House of the Pennsylvania General Assembly. Provides assistance with accessing state benefits and services, information about elections, and advocates for constituents.

Issues passports (books and cards) for United States citizens. Provides information on the application process and how to check the status of an application.

Provides academic and emotional support to schoolchildren with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their home school districts. Focuses on individual intensive teaching, maintenance/generalization/flexibility, expressive/receptive skill building, natural environment teaching, independent skill building, daily living skill development, play skills training, social emotion skill building, and vocational skill building. Develops and implements individual education plans. Provides transition services for students age 14+ as they approach graduation.
