Provides clients with the skills needed to remain independent in the community. By helping clients improve their ability in areas such as activities of daily living, interpersonal communication skills, computer use, and orientation and mobility.

Offers activities that family members and staff engage in for the purpose of strengthening and supporting the family system. The activities aim to help the family meet basic needs and to provide opportunities and resources for skill development, respite, learning, and advocacy.

Senior Assessment Program at the Geriatric Center provides comprehensive evaluations performed by a geriatrician, a psychiatrist, and a licensed clinical social worker to lay the foundation for quality ongoing care. This care assists an older individual with the ability to enjoy good health, improve overall quality of life, reduce the need for hospitalization, plan for long-term care, as well as live independently for as long as possible.

A residential program for medically compromised children. Staffed with nursing, respiratory and nurses aids. Admission can be short term, long term, transitional care or respite. Children are seen on a weekly basis by a physician. Training for caregivers and coordination of nursing services is provided for children that are able to return home.
