Provides a variety of services to assist individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families to live and work in their home communities. Support services offered are based in the local community and encourage active participation by the individual, their family, friends, and neighbors. Services include: residential and in-home care, vocational and employment services, family support and specialized therapies, and specialized early intervention services for children from birth to age 3 who have a developmental delay.

Offers a place to go for nutritious meals, social activities, and a range of programs such as health screenings, health and consumer education, creative arts, exercise and other special events which are unique to individual centers.

Monthly food distribution to those who have registered/pre-qualified. Distribution may include food as well as other various items when available.

Provides services to individuals who are physically impaired or are limited by the ability to function independently in the community or at home. Services include personalized care assistance, therapeutic activities, daily meals, family support, laundry, and a nurse on staff available to monitor daily health and assist with medications.

Provides a skilled nursing facility.

Provides assistance with written and oral victim impact statements to assist victims in explaining how the crime has impacted their life.

Activities include:

• Resolving taxpayer complaints and providing taxpayer service and education
• Determining, assessing, and collecting internal revenue taxes
• Determining pension plan qualifications and exempt organization status
• Preparing and issuing rulings and regulations to supplement the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code
• Information on the Federal Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) program for working parents is available. Eligible parents can apply by attaching Schedule EIC to their income tax form
• Information on filing applications to become an "exempt" organization can be obtained by calling the "1040" line. EXEMPT refers to those groups wishing to become non-profits.

Offers the following preschool programs: Head Start: 5 hour day extended childcare available PA Pre-K Counts: 5 hour day extended childcare available. Child Care: 6:00am or 5:30pm

Offers a workforce development program that provides services for career development, employment and job finding assistance, and basic adult education.

Serves free healthy meals every evening to any child 18 and under.

Sets high standards while providing opportunities to address individual needs. Designs the curriculum to promote goals of accomplishment and excellence with students reaching for their own personal best. Multiple field trips and special assemblies complement the units of study.

Offers Federal Tax instructions and forms.

Provides a variety of supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enhance their abilities and interests. Services include supported living, in-home supports, day programs, group living, intermediate care facilities, supports coordination, and respite care.

Provide alternative living arrangements for individuals who are unable to live independently without care, supervision and support.

Offers activities geared to the social, intellectual, cultural, economic, emotional, and physical needs or interests of adults 60 years of age and older. Lunch is available Monday through Friday in the senior centers.

Provides a range of services such as assessments, diagnosis, testing, individual, group, and family therapy to those youth, adults and family members who are caught in abuse/addiction patterns. Also, offers Suboxone (MAT) Services.

Provides short-term, intensive, community-based counseling to families with children or adolescents who are at risk for removal from the home due to severe emotional or behavioral problems. FBMHS also assist families to transition children and adolescents who were already removed back into the home. The program combines counseling, case management, and family support services provided in the home by trained mental health professionals.

Program that provides door-to-door (or curb-to-curb) transportation for purposes of medical appointments, shopping, banking, social events, and other similar activities for older adults who need special accommodations and are unable to utilize other available means of transportation.

Provides supportive services for individuals with cystic fibrosis and their families. Funds research and drug development, offers care and support, hosts events throughout the year, and provides information and referral services.

Specializes in issues related to reproductive health, Neurodivergent-Affirming Mental Health Care, and services for the LGBTQ+ community. Provides therapy and therapy referrals for individuals and families seeking mental health support. Services available in person or virtually.

Offers diversion programs for youth involved with the juvenile justice system and delinquency prevention programs for at risk youth.

Provides an advocate program to police departments to assist officers who respond to domestic abuse calls. Provides 24/7 on-site domestic violence advocacy. Once an officer has secured the scene, advocates work with victims and their children to provide safety planning, information about and assistance with the PFA process, court accompaniment, and referrals to resources as needed.
