Provides frozen home-cooked meals for the frail and elderly

Provides nutritious meals and critical check-ins to the home-bound elderly and/or disabled individuals each delivery day.

Provides food to residents of the Hill District and Polish Hill (Zip Codes 15219 or 15213) twice a month. Drop-ins come twice a month. On alternate weeks, groceries are delivered to the housebound or shut-ins.

The Meals on Wheels program provides support to members of our community so they may live independently. The program enhances lifestyles through the delivery of freshly prepared nutritious meals, social contact and recognizing and responding to other needs to improve the participant's wellbeing.

Nutritious meals are prepared to provide one-third of the daily dietary requirements. Meals are heart-healthy and packaged to ensure appealing nourishment and delivered to eligible consumers in their home.

Provides comprehensive senior services which include information and referral; protective services, ombudsman, assessments, outreach, case/care management; light housework and chores, personal care, and home delivered meals.

Provides hot, nutritious noontime meals Monday through Friday to homebound elderly who do not have assistance with meal preparation or are recovering from illness and need short term assistance with meals

Provides information on Home Delivered Meals, In-Home Services, Personal Emergency Response Systems, Senior Housing, Transportation, Adult Daycare, Prime Time Health, Caregiver Support, Insurance counseling, PACE, Tax/Rent rebates, Senior centers, Volunteer Opportunities, Protective Services, Nursing Home Transition, Level of Care Assessments, Medicaid Waiver program, or any other issues of concern to senior citizens.

Nutritious meals are served in a group setting at least once a day, five days a week, depending on the facility - usually senior centers. For those older persons who are unable to prepare meals and have no other means of obtaining a hot, nutritious meal, home delivered meals can be provided for eligible seniors.

Offers grocery items, infant formula, diapers, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and paper products for eligible individuals and families.

Provides home delivered meals for seniors who are temporarily or permanently unable to leave their homes for food, who are not able to prepare food for themselves and don't have someone to do it for them.

Provides home delivery of meals for the homebound. Delivery options/frequency available based on individual needs. Also provides a Pet Meals program that provides pet food to Meals on Wheels clients needing assistance feeding their pets.

Provides meals to seniors, individuals recently discharged from a hospital, young adults, and their pets. Services include delivery to homes along with a visit from a friendly volunteer. Offer special-needs menus for those with particular dietary needs. Welcomes volunteers and donations.
