Offers the following Senior Center Services: Recreation, socialization & education; Information & referral to area agency on aging caseworker-approved services; Specialized transportation; Volunteer opportunities; Monthly minimal health screening; Weekday noon-time meals; Home-delivered meals for home-bound unable to prepare their own; Tax service (fee by donation); and Transportation can be provided through Rabbittransit. Operates as a cooling station for those who cannot adequately cool their homes or do not have a place to cool down.

Prepares and delivers meals to registered clients daily. Meets Department of Aging and Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) nutrition requirements. Can prepare meals to suit specific dietary and health requirements.

Delivers ready-to-heat, freshly prepared, nutritious meals to individuals at home that may not be able to access food otherwise. Meals prepared by chefs at LECOM Senior Living Center.

Provides daily nutritious meals to homebound older adults. Hot meals are delivered Monday through Friday, with cold meals being available for evenings and weekends. Meals are supervised by a Registered Dietician. In emergency cases, home delivery can begin shortly after an In-Home Services Assessment.

Living & Learning after 50: Courses, classes, events, trips and workshops for active older adults, including a Senior Expo. Volunteer Opportunities Senior Community Centers: Offer a variety of programs and services as well as lunch-time meals.

Provides home delivered meals to individuals who find it difficult to shop for food and prepare meals without assistance. Meals includes a hot portion and a cold portion, plus soup, sandwich, and fresh juice each day.

Provides a multi-service facility that fulfills many social, emotional, and intellectual needs. Services include Meals on Wheels, a congregate meal program, fitness classes, a computer lab, arts and crafts, educational speakers, a mobile pet food program, tax assistance, form completion assistance, and trips. NOTE: Does not offer direct financial assistance. Operates as a cooling station for those who cannot adequately cool their homes or do not have a place to cool down.

Program that prepares and delivers regular meals to older adults and people with disabilities who are unable to shop and/or prepare the food for themselves or travel to a site where a meal is being served.

Provides older adults with impaired mobility or disability with programs designed to maintain independence and keeping them at home. Services include home delivered meals, medication management, and personal care services.

Provides nutritious meals to homebound residents of the Upper Perkiomen Valley, enabling them to remain in their homes for a greater length of time. Includes a hot noon meal and an optional cold evening meal. Meals are prepared by a professional caterer under the direction of a registered dietician.

Program is for clients ages 18 to 59 years who are disabled and home bound and are in need of food. If they meet the program guidelines, then they would be eligible for 5 free meals each week.
