We deliver meals every day Monday thru Friday

Program is for clients ages 18 to 59 years who are disabled and home bound and are in need of food. If they meet the program guidelines, then they would be eligible for 5 free meals each week.

Provides referrals to organizations that deliver nutritionally-balanced meals to eligible older adults who have difficulty preparing meals or leaving their homes.

Screens clients for eligibility for Meals on Wheels.

Nutritious meals are prepared to provide one-third of the daily dietary requirements. Meals are heart-healthy and packaged to ensure appealing nourishment and delivered to eligible consumers in their home.

Provides daily nutritious meals to homebound older adults. Hot meals are delivered Monday through Friday, with cold meals being available for evenings and weekends. Meals are supervised by a Registered Dietician. In emergency cases, home delivery can begin shortly after an In-Home Services Assessment.

Provides freshly prepared meals delivered by volunteers.

Provides freshly prepared meals at a reasonable cost to anyone in their specified geographic area who cannot reasonably provide meals for themselves.

Provides frozen, home-cooked meals for low-income individuals.

Provides friendly visiting services and home delivered meals.

Delivers kosher, nutritious meals.

Provides a home-delivered meal to those who are unable to prepare their own food because of physical limitations. Also provides a check in by a volunteer.

Provides basic needs and emergency resources such as furniture, food delivered weekly, clothing, toiletries, and information.

Provides freshly prepared meals at a reasonable cost to anyone in their specified geographic area who cannot reasonably provide meals for themselves.

Provides a home-delivered meal to those who are unable to prepare their own food because of physical limitations. Also provides a check in by a volunteer.

Provides nutritious home delivered meals.

Prepares and delivers meals to registered clients daily. Meets Department of Aging and Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) nutrition requirements. Can prepare meals to suit specific dietary and health requirements.

Prepares and delivers regular meals to older adults who are unable to shop and/or prepare the food for themselves or travel to a site where a meal is being served.

Serves people who are at acute nutritional risk due to serious illness. Delivers 21 meals each week personally tailored to each client’s medical needs to help nourish them through the debilitating effects of their illness. Offers both individual and group nutrition counseling. Program is a temporary service based on individual needs assessment.

Provides home-delivered meals/lasagnas.

Packages and delivers prepared meals to individuals who are unable to prepare meals for themselves.

Delivers meals to older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those with a limited ability to leave home living in the Main Line area.

Provides home delivered meals to eligible older adults. Coordinates home delivery of meals during the week with help from dedicated volunteers and community partners including Main Line, Havertown and Media area Meals on Wheels; the Chester County Department of Aging Services; as well as the Delaware County Office on Aging (COSA).

Provides home delivered meals to older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those with a limited ability to leave home.

Partners with 35 different houses of worship that offer either sit-down community meals or "to go" meals. AHTN volunteer drivers will either pick up our homeless friends and bring them to the sit-down community meal or deliver "to go" meals to our homeless friends at various bus stops, depending on the house of worship preparing the meal. Delivers meals to the various bus stops that are AHTN's usual pick up spots in Lower Bucks.
