Offers short-term services to older adults who are in need of assistance to remain or regain their independence in their home. Services include adult day care services, CCT Transportation, home delivered meals, companionship, respite care, errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, incontinence supplies, nutritional supplements, and more.

Provides community meals in a group setting for those older persons who are unable to prepare meals and have no other means of obtaining a hot, nutritious meal. May also provide home delivered meals.

Provides home delivered meals to individuals or couples who are unable to access the senior centers.

Provides homebound seniors and adults with disabilities freshly prepared, nutritious meals, helping clients live independently for as long as possible. Meals are delivered Monday through Friday by their volunteers, who also provide a friendly wellness check with each visit. Provides daily nutritious meals to homebound older adults. Hot meals are delivered Monday through Friday, with cold meals being available for evenings and weekends. Meals are supervised by a Registered Dietician. In emergency cases, home delivery can begin shortly after an In-Home Services Assessment.

Most services available to persons ages 60 and over, except for the 55+ Job Bank, Job Bank Workshop and Senior Community Services Employment Program which begins at age 55 and older.
