Veterans who are disabled, homebound, low-income, or in need of food assistance. Will deliver mainly non-perishable food items. During intake, you will be matched to your preferences with available donations. If approved, a VALOR Clinic Foundation representative will contact you to schedule an appointment. This program is free for veterans and their families. Delivery is once per month, the amount is based on total number of people living in the household

Provides services in the homes of eligible adults who require assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, meal prep or supplemental housekeeping. Persons receiving this service may have a difficult time completing these activities on their own. With this service, older adult can remain independent at home. Services may include: Personal Care, Caregiver Support, Care Management, Home Delivered Meals, Protective Services.

Healthy and Nutritious Meals prepared and delivered to home bound Older Adults.

Provides a hot noon meal plus optional cold evening meal served to homebound individuals Monday through Friday.

Prepares and delivers meals to registered clients daily. Meets Department of Aging and Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) nutrition requirements. Can prepare meals to suit specific dietary and health requirements.

Provides food; limited home delivery is available on a case-by-case basis. Limits assistance to once per month.

Provides meals to seniors, individuals recently discharged from a hospital, young adults, and their pets. Services include delivery to homes along with a visit from a friendly volunteer. Offer special-needs menus for those with particular dietary needs. Welcomes volunteers and donations.

Prepares and delivers regular meals to older adults who are unable to shop and/or prepare the food for themselves or travel to a site where a meal is being served.

Offers grocery items, infant formula, diapers, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and paper products for eligible individuals and families.

Offers short-term services to older adults who are in need of assistance to remain or regain their independence in their home. Services include adult day care services, CCT Transportation, home delivered meals, companionship, respite care, errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, incontinence supplies, nutritional supplements, and more.

Provides daily nutritious meals to homebound older adults. Hot meals are delivered Monday through Friday, with cold meals being available for evenings and weekends. Meals are supervised by a Registered Dietician. In emergency cases, home delivery can begin shortly after an In-Home Services Assessment.

Provides comprehensive senior services which include information and referral; protective services, ombudsman, assessments, outreach, case/care management; light housework and chores, personal care, and home delivered meals.

Partners with 35 different houses of worship that offer either sit-down community meals or "to go" meals. AHTN volunteer drivers will either pick up our homeless friends and bring them to the sit-down community meal or deliver "to go" meals to our homeless friends at various bus stops, depending on the house of worship preparing the meal. Delivers meals to the various bus stops that are AHTN's usual pick up spots in Lower Bucks.

Partners with the Allegheny Area on Aging and AgeWell Pittsburgh to deliver meals to qualifying homebound seniors who are unable to prepare their own meals. It is the only meals-on-wheels organization in western Pennsylvania that offers a kosher option.

Meals on Wheels is a voluntary non-profit organization. Provides one hot meal and sandwich meal daily, Monday-Friday (except holidays), all low salt diets. Cancellations should be called the day before.
