Provides supportive housing for single homeless participants who suffer from mental health and/or substance abuse. Selected candidates are provided ongoing financial assistance in the form of rental subsidy vouchers that can be used to secure a housing with an account incentive. Through intensive case management clients are assisted with budgeting, household management, job training, and employment support.

Supportive Housing Expense Assistance
Offers a HUD funded program that provides participants with a housing subsidy as long as they agree to participate in necessary mental health and/or drug and alcohol treatment. The goal of the program is to assist participants in increasing their income and achieving stability in housing.
Facilitates matches between home seekers and home providers to meet the needs of both. Accepted participants are matched with private homeowners who rent them a room for approximately $500.00 to $600.00 a month.
