Dependent individuals who need a protective, sheltered living situation can receive assistance with residential placement. Assists with placement in Personal Care Homes (for individuals age 60 or older) or Domiciliary Care Homes (age 18 or older and low income.) Personal Care Boarding Home Supplement assessment services are provided to Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients age 18 or older who functionally disabled and reside in a licensed Personal Care Home.

Provides supported, independent living in a shared housing environment. Each resident is required to care for their own rooms and shared common spaces, actively participate in weekly house meetings, cooperatively manage household tasks, maintain at least part-time employment, cook for themselves, manage their own medication and medical appointments, and be willing to share a home with peers.
Provides residential placement for adolescents and adults who have intellectual disabilities. Staff assists residents with their personal care and with training in the areas of independent living and socialization.

Life Sharing through Family Living allows an individual to live in a family environment with trained individuals providing care. Depending upon the consumer, these homes can be licensed or unlicensed.

Provides residential placement in neighborhood group homes for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Support focuses on independence, choice, and community involvement. Staff ensure that each person adapts to residential living and coordinates the relationships between families, caregivers, and supports coordinator personnel.
Provides semi-independent living in community homes that focus on mastering basic activities for daily living (meal planning, housekeeping, money handling, etc.), recreation and leisure activities (going to fairs, festivals, and other events), and offers an animal program (caring for dogs, cats, ducks, chickens, and other animals to teach teamwork and respect).
