Achieva - Home and Community Support

Provides in-home and community caregivers to support people of any age with physical, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Caregiver supports can be provided for a few hours a month, daily, weekly and/or 24-hour bases. Builds independence, as well as ensures the health and safety of the individuals that are supported.

Trained staff is available in the home 24 hours a day.
