Sells daily and monthly bus passes for use on Cambria Transit Authority buses.

Assists with the following bills: medical (physician verified), prescriptions (must receive fax from doctor's office verifying prescription), electric (no CAP recipients), gas (no CAP recipients), water, local phone bill payment/connection (up to $20), and bus passes/gas vouchers (employment or medical purposes).

Utility Assistance requires ID, proof of household income, and hard paper copy of the utility bill. Water bills for renters will required a copy of current lease. Bus passes require proof of employment or medical appointment.
