CAP Program arranges a reduced payment plan for UGI-Penn Natural Gas customers who are eligible and have an active UGI-PNG account. Customers must have a verifiable source of income on which the CAP payment is based. Part of the customer agreement with UGI-PNG is that the customer apply for LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program). SLHDA, Inc. is able to assist UGI-PNG customers with the completion of their LIHEAP application and forward the application to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare for processing.
