Housing services include counseling, subsidized housing for homeless individuals with HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses, and assistance applying for housing related benefits and entitlements.

Provides Utility assistance and/or mediation services for eligible clients experiencing difficulty with utility payments. Intensive follow-up and referral services are provided. Provides emergency assistance for financially struggling individuals and families in crisis seeking assistance for such things as food, clothing, shelter, rent, household utility expenses and similar miscellaneous living needs.

Working with local agencies, OnTrack offers a payment plan to existing PPL clients. OnTrack will pay for the difference in monthly electric bill, as long as clients pay the OnTrack bill in full by each monthly due date. Reduced monthly payments are based on each household's income.

Partners with PPL Electric Utilities and UGI Corporation's subsidiaries, Penn Natural Gas and Central Penn Gas. Qualified customers are offered affordable utility payments through their Customer Assistance Programs (CAP). These programs offer a reduced monthly payment as coverage for utility service, cancel a portion of any debt owed to the company, and provide energy education and weatherization services.

Processes Dollar Energy applications for electric, gas, and water service. Also assists individuals and families to apply for Customer Assistance Programs (CAP) administered directly by utility companies (e.g., Columbia Gas).

Connects callers with all the free services that HopePHL offers, including rent and property tax rebates, employment help, homeowner programs, utility assistance, and criminal record expungement clinics.
