Early Learning Resource Center Region 5 - Child Care / Early Learning Information and Referral

Helps families access child care funding and provides information about early learning settings more broadly, such as Head Start and Pre K Counts options, and works with child care providers to strengthen quality practices. The ELRC is a partnership between the Allegheny County Department of Human Services, the Alliance for Infants and Toddlers, and Trying Together.

Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County - Early Learning Resource Center

Contributes to the cost of child care for income-eligible families who are eligible under federal guidelines for subsidized child care, as well as families referred for child care services from the County Assistance Office. Eligible clients may select from day care centers, group day care homes or family day care homes that participate in the subsidized day care program. The program assists families in locating child care through referrals to both independent day care facilities and those that have provider agreements with the Child Care Information System.
