Offers families and others an opportunity to come together when a situation occurs that threatens family unity. An FGDM conference is facilitated to establish a plan to help solve family problems. A typical conference lasts between 2-3 hours.

Provides Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) which is a strengths-based voluntary process. FGDM offers families the opportunity to join together with other people who are important in their lives, to develop a plan to resolve identified concerns. Families who enter into FGDM are guided by a Coordinator.

Practice for families to gather and create their own plan in regards to the reunification of their family after a child/children were removed from the home. Families meet with relatives, friends, case management and providers to discuss strengths and concerns. The family is given private time to create a plan that will help protect and prevent future harm to their children.

Provides support in a variety of parenting aspects including establishing a daily routine, hygeine practices, appropriate discipline, healthy relationships, mental healthcare, and more. Also provides connections to stable housing, employment, education on budgeting, or other building blocks that make for a safe, stable home. Consists of three meetings (1-3 hours each) within a two-month timeframe.

Offers programs that connect clients and their families to supportive services. Provides support that is as individualized as possible and addresses each person's needs, within their local community.

Works to protect children and youth from abuse and neglect through protective and preventive services. Services include counseling, case management, parenting education, foster home care, adoption services, court-ordered custody evaluations, supervised visitation, re-unification, and permanent placement. Also contracts with other providers for group home care, residential care, life skills education, day care, day treatment, and supervised independent living.

Case management services conduct home visits, assess the safety of children, and refer children/family to appropriate services. Programs include: Drug and Alcohol Prevention, Triple P, Student Assistance Program, Truancy Outreach, Foster Care, Early Intervention, and Independent Living.

Offers families an opportunity to work toward family stability and reduce the risk of out-of-home placement by providing them with personalized, in-home support.

Offers community parenting classes, fatherhood basics and activities, Family Reunification Program, Family Group Decision Making, Parents as Teachers Home Visiting, Juvenile Probation Workshops and Budget Workshops.
