Provides faith-based counseling to individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. Also provides consulting to businesses and churches who are interested in facilitating team building, transitioning leadership, restructuring or making directional changes, assessing employee's gifts and job fit, and more.

Provides substance abuse outpatient and intensive outpatient counseling services. Provides a living space for women in recovery. Offers housing, counseling, and vocational options.

Provide two levels of care through our Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program: Intensive Outpatient Services; and Outpatient Services. A) Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services include an one-hour individual therapy session, and three, 3-hour group sessions per week. B) The less intense Outpatient (OP) services include an one-hour individual therapy session and two, 2-hour group sessions per week.

Evolve Addiction Recovery, LLC provides a variety of drug and alcohol services including: A) Level of Care Assessment B) Outpatient Program C) Intensive Outpatient Program D) Individual/Group Therapy E) Buprenorphine/MAT Services F) Referral Services

Provides individual, group, couples/marital and family counseling for a wide range of social and emotional issues such as anxiety, drug and alcohol, anger management, stress, grief and loss and other behavioral health issues.

The Dual Diagnosis Program is designed for those who suffer from a psychiatric disorder and an addiction. The length of stay for the dual program is based on the individual needs of the patient.

Provides outpatient substance use treatment for adolescents and adults. Services include initial assessment, individual and family therapy, peer recovery support, and case management. Also assists clients with accessing Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), psychiatric services, or other levels of treatment as appropriate.

Provides a Substance Use Outpatient Services and Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) for individuals with substance abuse disorder.

Offers substance use disorder treatment for individuals accused of driving under the influence.

Provides individual and group counseling services to address a range of subjects including, gambling addiction, grief and bereavement, general mental health, anger management, parenting, and weight-related issues. Also offers psychological diagnostic testing, psychiatric and psychological evaluations, crisis intervention counseling, family empowerment programming, and services for delinquent youth.

Provides inpatient treatment for individuals facing substance abuse challenges. Services include detoxification, therapy, education, relapse prevention, recovery house placement, and employment resources.

Also provides a recovery support center with community based self help programming for individuals experiencing a substance abuse disorder. Recovery Cafe provides a safe, sober place to socialize.

Provides Comprehensive substance use assessment, Substance use treatment and Treatment for co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorders. Counseling Services and Education. Transitional Services.

Offers an intensive outpatient day program, where the Patient resides at home while attending the daily program. Treatment includes group, individual therapy and a family program. Also provides an intensive outpatient program, which includes chemical dependency treatment for those in the middle stages of addiction who are stable and with interpersonal support.
