Provides a monthly food pantry supplemental food distribution.

Offers 1,000 plus acre preserve containing a 150-acre wetland and a relict boreal bog. The Nature Conservancy manages the preserve with the volunteer assistance of a local Stewardship Committee and the Kettle Creek Environmental Education Center. The North Wood Trail and the Fern ridge Trail in the upland woods are open to the public for self-guided walks. Because of its fragile nature, the bog can only be visited during regularly scheduled walks conducted by the Kettle Creek Environmental Education Center. Please note that pets are not allowed on bog trails.

Provides immunization clinics, HIV testing and counseling, home visits for metabolic disorders, monitoring of communicable diseases (including Tuberculosis), and health education programs.

Support group that provides compassion and encouragement for women of all ages who are breast cancer survivors or who have recently been diagnosed. Provide time to share experiences and learn from guest speakers and medical experts.

Offers nurse-supervised adult day service. Provides social, physical, and mental stimulation through activities, including arts and craft, music, games, and more. Options to attend as few as two days per week or up to five days. Hot lunches and snacks served.

Services are provided including resident care, health care, meals, and social services along with many recreation and volunteer activities.

Service Coordination is used to assist people in the following areas:

• Helping people access a full range of quality services that assure the best outcomes, such as independence, health and quality of life.
• Finding funding for services
• Finding transportation to appointments
• Addresses basic physical needs and supports necessary for a stable, safe and healthy community life
• Works with consumers to make sure that their voice is heard

Municipal office

Offers weekly, full day and extended day sports camps for children in kindergarten to 8th grade. Activities include daily mix of sports such as soccer, flag football, track & field, wiffle ball, swimming, and more.

Provides a camp experience that includes field trips, science lessons, swimming, sports, arts and humanities, and activities that help campers learn the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.

Provides outpatient eating disorder treatment. Offers both a partial hospitalization program and an intensive outpatient program.

Offers free haircuts from local barbers once a month at two locations.

Provides the opportunity for each person with a developmental disability to grow and develop to his or her fullest potential. Life Sharing is often an alternative to Residential Living. People with a developmental disability are matched with host families who, in exchange for financial reimbursement, provide comprehensive supports in a home environment.

Provides winter clothing for children and older adults in need.

Provides a bridge between hospital and home, offering care in an environment that is dedicated to a client's speeding recovery and returning home as quickly as possible. The individually designed therapy services and accelerated rehabilitation are designed to get a client back to daily activities and routines.

Offers a mailing address for homeless persons who need a permanent address to vote and to receive welfare checks, medical cards, and other mail.
