Provides outpatient and in-home/community based mental health and recovery treatment to children, adolescents, adults and families. Offers outpatient, family based mental health therapy, and peer support services in four counties in southwest Pennsylvania.

Offers intermediate and skilled nursing care for persons with physical disabilities. A 99-bed facility, the Raker Center is open to residents 12 years old or older with primary diagnoses including, but not limited to, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, quadriplegia, or Multiple Sclerosis. Services include daily occupational therapy activities; pastoral care including linkages with outside congregations, weekly ecumenical worship, and religious education program; physical therapy services designed to improve physical function; speech and language therapy; and recreational therapy designed to provide residents with a well-rounded lifestyle.

This program provides free groceries and essential food items to eligible individuals and families in need.

Provides therapeutic horsemanship programs to improve the physical, mental, emotional, and social areas of the lives of individuals we serve. Offers specialized services with certified and trained staff, well-equipped facilities and equipment, and innovative program design.

Provides case management and information & referral services. Services include linkage to public and private benefits, financial literacy education, and referrals to employment and training programs.

Provides food to area food banks through a state food grant.

Provides seasonal after-school programs, teen clubs, service clubs, and organized sports.

Offers low-rent public housing. Operates units in the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program that provides rent subsidies in single houses or apartments.

The TANF program provides money to help: Pregnant women; Dependent children and their parents who live with them; Dependent children and other relatives who live with them and care for them.

Offers help to improve reading, writing, speaking and listening skills, so individuals can get a job, become a citizen, and build a better life for their families. Ideal candidates for this program would be students who plan to live and work in the United States long-term, not short-term visitors or those with an F1 Visa.

Authorizes behavioral health, mental health, and drug and alcohol services to eligible Medical Assistance members under HealthChoices.

Provides assessments for those dealing with alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use problems. Helps with referrals to support services and treatment. Contracted services include outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient counseling, partial hospitalization, halfway house, non-hospital detoxification and rehabilitation, hospital-based detoxification and rehabilitation, methadone maintenance and other medication assisted treatment.

Offers additional grocery benefits program that provides households with a one-time payment of $120 for each eligible child to buy food while school is out. Benefits can be used at local participating retailers to purchase groceries.

Provides hot meals to older adults in a group setting. Meals are provided 5 days a week in senior centers. Special diet meals are available with a doctor's orders.

Provides non-medical personal assistance home care, home health nursing care and skilled physical, occupational and speech therapist. Services are provided in the individuals home or other independent living environments. Accommodates ongoing care, one-time-only requests when regular caregiver/family member is out of town

Offers group, individual, and family therapies, along with psychiatric evaluations. Provides a medication clinic. Supports parents through education groups.
