Provides at home care for individuals including bathing and personal hygiene assistance, medication monitoring, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation for errands and doctor appointments, and respite for care taker.

The Donley Center: Classes are leveled to meet student learning needs. Instruction is designed to help students improve reading and math skills for the workplace, as well as to pass the Official GED Examination. Low income adults may qualify for free ESL and/or GED classes.

• Enhanced Personal Care Home (EPCH):Provides residential services to adults with chronic mental health conditions, offers community living opportunities, supports and assists residents with personal care needs and access to community services, including social and/or personal adjustment. Areas of need focused on are personal hygiene, daily living skills, medication management/administration, community social services, recreational activities, health services, laundry services and dietary needs.

20-bedroom facility with a home atmosphere with a fully functional kitchen, dining area, living room, activity room, sitting area, multiple full and half bathrooms and a front yard and back yard with patio furniture included.

Available to unsheltered Lebanon residents who need to cool off during a heat wave.

Provides a mobile market in various communities throughout Pittsburgh. Accepts EBT/SNAP.

Offers assistance in accessing various resources through our Social Worker, Financial Counselor and Outpatient Care Manager. In addition, they have a Certified Spanish Interpreter on site to help facilitate optimal communication with patients, care and management of diabetes and other chronic illnesses, including transitioning from hospital to home through specialized office visits.

Provides a variety of individualized outpatient programs, which may include physical therapy for patients with joint replacements, neck, back and shoulder pain, sports injuries, work-related injuries, orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pain management, hip and knee rehabilitation, arthritis rehabilitation, occupational therapy, hand rehabilitation, wound care, speech and language therapy, burn care, vestibular rehabilitation, dysphagia programs, lymphedema therapy and discharge planning.

Offers a variety of health and nutrition services for medically or nutritionally at-risk mothers and children. Provides EBT cards that can be used at participating grocery stores for infant formula, milk, eggs, cheese, cereal, juices, and other nutritious foods.

Provides a thrift store in which proceeds benefit the homeless ministries of EUMA. Rainbow Connection can also assist with free clothing and household items for qualified individuals through the voucher assistance program.
