The PA CareerLink is a one-stop job center that provides an array of employment and training services in a convenient, easily accessible location. Services include job counseling, testing and assessment; resume preparation assistance, interview training and other prejob guidance services; job matching and referral; unemployment insurance and job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by trained leaders who’ve been there.

Compass Mark offers a variety of evidence-based prevention programs for students in Grades K-12. Programs are designed to prevent or reduce substance use and increase well-being by teaching social & emotional skills. Programs include Project Toward No Drug Abuse, Positive Action, Support for Students Exposed to Trauma, and Catch My Breath, among others.

Responsible for providing and maintaining safe, sanitary, and affordable housing for qualified individuals and families throughout Cambria County.

Assists youth with their transition to independence. The program offers needs assessment, an individual goal plan, life skills instruction, support, transition planning and aftercare assistance.

Evening and weekend referrals not available. No walk-ins accepted. Shelter and transitional housing program for homeless adult men and male veterans and non veterans, 18-65 years old. Individuals are initially accepted for 45 days, but that can be extended if the program is right for them. Case managers assist residents in obtaining services and establishing a plan for self sufficiency.
