Provides the full range of library services including browsing and circulating collections of materials such as books, magazines, and other media for all ages; library reference and research assistance; access to Internet-connected computers, printers, other electronic devices, and photocopiers; and spaces for meetings and quiet study. Allows borrowing of items for library cardholders. Sponsors and hosts an array of educational, instructional, and cultural programming for all ages.

Offers additional grocery benefits program that provides households with a one-time payment of $120 for each eligible child to buy food while school is out. Benefits can be used at local participating retailers to purchase groceries.

Serves homeless individuals with disabilities in accessing benefits through the Social Security Administration. The process allows for direct access by the SOAR Specialist to identified staff at the local and state level in order to monitor the process from assessment to approval or denial.

Offers a comprehensive mentoring program for youth ages 12 to 17. Provides developmental support in group sessions covering topics such as critical thinking, problem solving, peer pressure, goal setting, public speaking, career development, and college readiness. Includes community service projects and developing a vision board to articulate future goals. Activities include psycho-educational field trips, guest speakers, group projects, literary discussion, media exploration, and journaling.

As donations permit, they distribute household items to those in need who meet the eligibility requirements. They are open every other week. Registered clients can come once per month. Serves the south-east part of Lycoming County; does NOT serve City of Williamsport.

Municipal office

Provides learning opportunities for adolescents and young adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a supportive environment. Offers instruction in Daily Living Skills, Self-Determination, and Workplace Readiness Training.

Baby Pantry supporting parents by helping to meet the most basic and essential needs of their infants.

Provides legal representation for low income residents of Allegheny County who are going through relatively simple divorces.

Provides bridge housing and support for up to one year while families work toward financial stability and permanent housing. This program is not a shelter.

Assists students who were struggling with fundamentals of mathematics and reading. This group gives the children the added support needed to do well in their classroom academics by laying the foundations that were missed in previous years. After completion of the program each student will be equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in their grade level.

The purpose of Celebrate Recovery YCC is to fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery Principles. This experience allows us to â??be changed.â? We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God's Grace in solving our life's problems.

Provides Trap Neuter Return services to the community through high- and small-volume clinics and regular appointments with participating veterinarians and other non-profit programs.

Provides a continuum of supports and services to eligible students with special needs from kindergarten through age 21. Additional programs include the traumatic brain injury school re-entry program, specialized transportation services, and extended school year program. Also offers transitional planning and services.
