Youth of a Nation Program is a service-learning model, designed to educate and prepare students through practical application. Service-learning integrates community service with academic study to enrich learning and teach civic responsibility.

Provides medical services such as physicals, immunizations, and sick visits. Offers dental services including exams and cleanings, as well as sealants and restorative care such as fillings or extractions.

Provides $100 payable toward the funeral expense of honorably discharged Wartime Veterans. Widowed spouses are also eligible.

Provides hot meals

Information is provided to older adults and their families about internal and community resources with referrals made as appropriate. Follow-up activities ensure appropriateness of service.

Provides information about Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Access Cards for Pennsylvania SNAP and Cash Benefits recipients. Accepts reports of problems with cards and assists in replacement for lost/stolen cards.

Support Services and Consumer Resources offers assistance on a variety of legal, financial and health services. Age eligibility may apply. Services available include: A) Financial and Legal Advice B) Benefit Screenings and Application Assistance C) Medicare and Healthcare Options; APPRISE Counselor D) Assistance with LIHEAP E) Access to Other Agencies and Government Services

Offers transportation through the Senior Citizen Shared-Ride Program to residents who are age 65 or older. Eligible residents are offered reduced fare for all trips, whether they are traveling to medical or non-medical destinations. The Pennsylvania Lottery will pay 85% of the cost of the trip while the remaining 15% will be paid by the client or a sponsoring agency. No income guidelines apply.

This program provides free groceries and essential food items to eligible individuals and families in need.

Provides free loans of books (including large print), magazines, audio and video recordings, reference services, delivery to the homebound, children and adult educational programs, and use of facilities for community events. • Routine Medical Care including prenatal, pediatrics and women's health

• Sexually Transmitted Disease and HIV Counseling and Testing
• Pregnancy testing
• Social Services - applying for health insurance, prescription assistance, connecting to local resources
• Educational Programs - diabetes classes, nutrition counseling
• Mental Health Services - behavioral/mental health counseling

Provides health and dental care needs to those in need.

Offers Senior Center Services: Recreation, socialization, and education; Info & referrals available for aging issues; Partnering with Area Agency on Aging; Volunteer opportunities; Weekday noon meals or home-delivered meals to home-bound unable to prepare their own; Occasional evening and weekend activities; Transportation can be provided through Rabbit Transit; Occasional community service project opportunities available for interested seniors.

Enforcement of State Game Laws

Offers a comprehensive team approach to mental health treatment and service coordination for individuals with behavioral health challenges who have not progressed in their recovery after receiving more traditional behavioral health services.

Provides money to help: Pregnant women; Dependent children and their parents who live with them; Dependent children and other relatives who live with them and care for them.
