Provides Home-delivered meals to consumers who are unable to prepare a nutritious meal for themselves or have someone to prepare one for them. All consumers will receive five frozen meals per week.

Offers a support group for individuals living with Parkinson's Disease.

TB investigation and treatment services ensure that affected individuals are provided testing and necessary treatment to prevent and control TB in the community. Follow-up testing and education are important parts of this program.

In addition to handling the processing of all Protection From Abuse applications and cases, the Family Courts are responsible for all Juvenile Delinquency cases, Children and Youth cases and Orphans Court cases. The types of cases heard by the Family Court Judges involve custody, dependency, juvenile delinquency, foster care, adoptions, visitation, appointment of guardians, truancy, and estate and accounting matters.

Assists individuals with stabilizing their barriers to success and with developing skills that prepare them for employment. Program offers successful employment and personal skills development opportunities to help individuals improve their ability to "earn, keep, and grow" a steady family-supporting income. Customers are provided with case management and referred to other services such as skill and behavior assessment, support groups, life skills, GED instruction, counseling, substance abuse treatment, and others.

Rehabilitates or builds homes with volunteer labor and donated materials, then sells the homes with no profit and no interest mortgages, to low-income families who have helped in the construction work.

Newly upgraded, state-of-the-art equipment, free weights, tennis courts, and gymnasiums. Classes are available including Parisi athletic training, weight training orientation, personal training, junior fitness, dance, karate, and group fitness classes including cardio, kettlebell, step, Zumba, body sculpt, Pilates, yoga, and more.

Mobile Food Pantry providing supplemental food items.

Provides early care, education, and services for young children through pre-kindergartners and their families.

Offers a bereaved parents grief support group.

Offers annual summer day camp for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Offers assistance for collection and disbursement of child and spousal support.

Focuses on service to veterans, service members, and communities. Offers programs for Family, Youth, Community, and National Affairs. Helps with VA claims, assistance in finding employment, support for current members of the military, and financial advice.

Provides holistic, evidence-based substance abuse counseling, including co-occurring mental health and substance abuse counseling, as well as outpatient and aftercare counseling.

Provides fresh fruits and vegetables to homeless shelters, soup kitchens, food pantries, and senior citizen locations. Works to inspire at-risk children and families to make healthier food choices, increasing their access to fresh, local food, and teaching them to live more sustainably.

Offers a variety of support groups on multiple topics including grief, bereavement, breastfeeding, childbirth, blood cancer, CPR, scleroderma, diabetes.

Provides group, individual, and intensive outpatient services for alcoholism and/or addiction to drugs. Partial hospitalization (9:00AM-3:30PM) also offered.

Provides low interest loan programs as well as the development of educational and awareness programs. Funding is also available for existing farmers as the Council works to keep the business of agriculture a vital part of the Chester County economy.

Provides a comprehensive residential program for women struggling with life-controlling problems, such as drug and alcohol addiction, eating disorders, and sexual abuse issues.

Provides emergency aid and referrals to help individuals and families who are facing short-term emergencies. Also runs the Meals on Wheels program, with volunteers delivering daily meals to homebound clients.

Provides full range of diagnostic and treatment services for persons age eighteen and older, who may be experiencing a variety of problems including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, family, or work related issues. Professional therapeutic assistance may include psychological testing, and/or psychiatric evaluation. Various therapeutic treatments are offered. Long-term Services: comprehensive mental health programs for adults with long-term or persistent mental illness. Services include diagnosis, treatment, outreach and case management and continuity of care for persons discharged from an inpatient unit or transferred from another community agency.

Provides after school programming including socialization, trips, sports, arts, and basic skills education to enhance school achievement and readiness levels.
