Trained and experienced supervisors ensure a safe and secure transition between parents, reducing the risk of conflicts or misunderstandings arising during custody exchanges. Trained staff is also equipped to provide emotional support to children and parents during these exchanges, creating an environment of care and empathy.

Law enforcement agency

Provides temporary housing for homeless families in a boarding house type environment. A case manager works with each family to create an action plan to obtain permanent housing upon leaving the program in a four-month time frame.

Provides financial assistance for utilities, rent, and other emergencies when available.

Provides a liaison who will work with the student, school, parents, and social service agencies to help students at risk. Refers students to supports and services designed to help them overcome learning barriers, remain in school, and advance. Referrals for services may include a mental health evaluation, crisis intervention, drug, alcohol or behavioral concerns, grief counseling after a traumatic event in the school or community, etc.

• Comfort & Joy: Interactive arts and cultural program, which celebrates intergenerational artistic achievement by pairing seniors with school-aged children and local artists.

• Pastoral Care: Provides opportunities for worship, reflection, prayer and meditation, to promote a spiritual connection among Germantown Home residents, families and staff.

• Seniors Empowered for Lifelong Fitness (SELF): Enhances senior's physical and emotional well-being through structured exercise classes.

Provides a low barrier emergency shelter for single women and families.14 spots are available, with an average length of stay of 90 days. Offers case management, meals, laundry facilities, and programing to meet the needs of the guests.
