Offers advocacy and PEER support for individuals with a mental illness and their families. Also offers support for families of children with Individual Education Plans in schools. Conducts educational presentations for schools, clubs, employers, businesses and community groups on topics related to mental health. Makes referrals for anger management and community support groups.

Preparing for Independence is a comprehensive employment and vocational counseling program open to those needing employment or to improve their lives through better job benefits or greater income. The program teaches employability skills and provides job search opportunities.

Offers support for the Elderly Property Tax and Extension Program which can extend, defer, or assist older adults who are behind on property taxes. Older adults are also assisted with foreclosure preventions/loss mitigation counseling, budgeting and financial coaching.
