Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services in Bradford, Clinton, Lycoming, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga and Wyoming Counties. Clients will complete an assessment with an intake caseworker and will then be referred to the appropriate program.

Offers a Community Support Program with innovative trainings, wellness conferences, special events such as Christmas in July, the annual art show, anti-stigma campaigns, CSP celebrations, and the production of a wide variety of literature. Aging Advocacy - MHA provides advocacy services at the South Mountain Restoration Center to ensure the rights of individuals to receive the most appropriate services in the most appropriate setting are assured. Community Advocacy - MHA provides advocacy services when community members who need assistance with getting appropriate or desired services feel they have exercised all options available to them.

Serves as a cooling center during extreme heat emergencies (code reds).

Provides a mobile-optimized website that pulls together the services available to homeless youth or youth at risk of becoming homeless in southwest Pennsylvania.

Maintains reference desks in the adult section of the library to help users find the information or reading materials they need.

Prepares high school students and young adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, including autism, to reach personal potential in independent living, employment, and secondary education. Individuals may attend the program full or part time. The program allows for participation tailored to the students' needs by utilizing technology, simulations, hands-on practice and visual aids to develop pre-vocational, educational and daily living skills. This program offers individual and group community-based career exploration, vocational, recreational and social activities for individuals participating in a community integrated setting that reflects individual goals.

Provides housing for persons with low to moderate income (some units with accessibility features); includes sewer, water, and trash removal. Accepts Section 8 vouchers.

Food pantry distributes bags of non-perishable foods once a month-fresh and frozen foods are available occasionally. Food donations are accepted Tuesday, 5:30pm to 7:00pm and Friday and Saturday, 9:00am to 11:00am

Provides information about disaster or emergency declaration status when the community experiences a specific situation such as a fire, flood, storm, etc. Informs the public about the status of critical community services during and after a disaster or emergency.
