Provides employment services to assist veterans in their search for work. Provides veterans with a full range of employment services, including referral services, job development, referral to training, and referral to government and community veteran service agencies. These representatives help veterans match their job skills to employer job openings and contact employers on behalf of the veteran for consideration in hiring.

Mutual support groups whose members are family, friends, significant others, non-familial caregivers or attendants who are caring for someone who has a temporary, chronic, life-threatening or terminal illness or disability or who is elderly and increasingly unable to provide for his or her own care. The groups meet in-person, by telephone or via the Internet; and provide emotional support, information and resources to help participants ensure their own well-being while remaining involved in the intense care of a loved one. Also included are care receiver support groups that help people who have a caregiver cope with the fact that they require care. Care receiver support groups are often offered in conjunction with caregiver support groups and are structured to allow care receivers to participate in their own group while their caregiver attends another.

Head Start and Pre-K Counts are full-day, school-year programs that are intended to prepare children for a successful transition to kindergarten and elementary school. These programs are entirely free for income-eligible families. Year-round, private-pay preschool is also available.

Magisterial district courts are responsible for adjudicating all traffic and non-traffic citations as well as processing criminal and private criminal complaints inclusive of arraignments and preliminary hearings, the handling of civil and landlord tenant complaints up to a jurisdictional limit of $12,000 as well as parking violations. Magisterial district judge’s jurisdiction in criminal cases includes parking violations through other summary and misdemeanor and felony offenses including the initial phases of murder offenses. All misdemeanor and felony violations are more commonly called court cases. These categories of cases are filed in the district courts where they are preliminarily arraigned and afforded a preliminary hearing. At the conclusion of the preliminary hearing the charges are dismissed, waived to court or held for court and referred onto the Court of Common Pleas. Offers an intensive outpatient program designed for persons ages 14 to 19 that focuses on the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Focuses on healthy behavior change, communication skills, stress reduction and emotional regulation at home, at school and in social situations. Services include intensive outpatient group programming.

Opens to the public once a month and holds a Bargain Basement Sale where all proceeds directly fund the mission to shelter families with children experiencing homelessness. Sells baby items and equipment; children's clothing, shoes, toys, and sports equipment; women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories; household decorations, kitchen items, small appliances, and other items.

Provides a structured program of activities and health related services for older adults that are physically or cognitively challenged and who want to remain at home. The objective is to provide the client with social and mental stimulation, to care for their physical needs while giving their caregiver, usually a family member, respite from being the primary caretaker for an older adult.
