Volunteers certified by the Internal Revenue Service offer assistance with filing basic income tax returns. (Forms 1040EZ, 1040 or 1040A). Taxpayers will be alerted to special credits and deductions for which they are eligible. VITA offers free federal, state and local tax preparation online and by appointment only. Taxes will be prepared in person. Arrive 15 minutes before appointment to complete paperwork.

Designed to provide a therapeutic environment for children (5 to 12) and adolescents (13 to 18) who are having difficulty functioning in school, at home and/or in the community. Program is an alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization and as a step-down service to a youths discharge from inpatient care. The focus of the program is to provide intensive interdisciplinary mental health services on an ambulatory basis while keeping the youth at home.

Provides information, assistance, and advocacy to all victims, witnesses and significant others to ensure that all victims and witnesses are treated with dignity, compassion and respect throughout the Criminal/Juvenile Justice System. Cases are assigned an advocate. Advocates will assist you in understanding the Criminal/ Juvenile Justice System as well as inform you of developments in your case as they occur.

Coordinates and works closely with local, state, federal and private sector groups to serve Clinton County residents when confronted with a potential for natural or technological hazards. Follows an all hazards comprehensive approach to emergency management.

Provides food to qualifying families through the Westmoreland County Food Bank. CLC is able to supplement the food boxes with donations from businesses and local residents. Also offers emergency food supplies for individuals and families who are not financially eligible for the regular pantry service, are new to the area, or have exhausted their own food supply
