Pairs clients with a Self Sufficiency Coach who helps to design an individual education and employment plan and meets with client weekly for up to five years.

Services are provided in the individuals home or other independent living environments. Accommodates ongoing care, one-time-only requests when regular caregiver/family member is out of town.

Promotes and supports breastfeeding. A full-time Breastfeeding Peer Counselor is available to provide support, education, and resources to individuals who choose to breastfeed, including access to pumping supplies.

This program provides free groceries and essential food items to eligible individuals and families in need.
