Assists individuals with money management using a safe and organized approach that includes the management of checking accounts, tracking and maintenance of payments and savings and allocation of money for day-to-day living expenses, while adhering to the Social Security Administration's accounting guidelines.

Public housing agency that helps provide decent and safe rental housing for those who are eligible. Wilkes-Barre Housing Authority manages several funded programs and has a total of 860 subsidized affordable housing units for rental assistance.

Provides an array of employment and training services in a convenient, easily accessible location. Services include job counseling, testing and assessment; resume preparation assistance, interview training, and other job guidance services; job matching and referral; unemployment insurance and job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.

Matches an individual with an intellectual developmental disability to a staff person of comparable age and interests; the staff works with the individual to foster a connection with the community. Participants become involved in activities such as concerts, shopping, going out to eat, etc.

Supervises those convicted offenders who have been placed on probation by the Court. Probation is a sentencing alternative that allows the offender to remain in the community under the supervision of a Probation Officer subject to conditions deemed appropriate by the Court.
