Provides free and confidential services to individuals who have been affected by domestic and sexual violence and other serious crimes. Services include: Emergency Temporary Shelter, 24-hr Hotline, Crisis Intervention, Information on Criminal Justice System, Safety planning, Prevention and Education programs, Orders Assistance with PFAs, SVPOs and PFIs, and Accompaniment.

Combines a flexible loan product with extensive consumer coaching and financial education to help people who face challenges trying to become homeowners. Offers the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) K-Flex 30-year fixed rate loan, paired with other PHFA loan products for related expenses such as needed home improvements. Offers eligible homebuyers $25,000 grants to apply to the closing costs, and excess grant funds can be used to pay down the borrower’s student loans. Offers additional assistance funds in the form of a 10-year forgivable loan of up to 5% of the sales price are available to eligible borrowers. No mortgage insurance will be required. PHFA will be servicing the mortgage loans for program participants.

High Fidelity Wraparound is a process used to recognize the complex needs of children and youth with a mental health diagnosis and their families who are involved with several service systems. The integration process of Wraparound develops an individualized plan of care so that children and youth grow up in their homes and communities.

Provides clothing to those in need. Offers volunteer opportunities. Accepts monetary donations and donations of toiletries and clothing for men and women.

Sells used construction and building materials at low prices, with a focus on home improvement items such as furniture, home accessories, building materials and appliances. Accepts donations and arranges for pick ups. Volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups.

Offers accessible apartments for older adults that are geared towards their needs. Includes water, sewer, and trash in monthly rental fees.

Partners with PPL Electric Utilities, UGI Utilities, Aqua Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania American Water to helps community residents become more energy efficient, save money on utility bills and access customer assistance programs.

A home visitation program for new parents. A nurse makes a free home visit to discuss important maternal-infant health issues as well as issues on child development.

A full day state licensed program for children ages 3 through 5 years.

Prepared Childbirth Series offers couples expecting a first baby or couples who have never attended childbirth classes. Classes focus on both the physical and emotional aspects of labor and delivery, with emphasis on breathing and relaxation techniques. A virtual tour of the Maternity Unit will be provided. Class is held virtually.

Glaucoma Service provides care and treatment to individuals with glaucoma.
