Provides clients academic skills assessments and skills development plans toward earning their GEDs within one year or get ready for college work. Clients who may be facing additional challenges in going back to school undergo additional assessments on learning styles and aptitudes and are provided with additional supports to help them succeed.

Provides pastoral care to inmates, their families, and jail staff through the chaplain, including approximately 1,000 individual pastoral sessions each year. Offers oversight of daily volunteer-led Bible studies and coordinates weekly worship services for all faiths. Supports inmates and their families through a Christmas gift program for children, a Christmas party for inmates with cookies from local churches, and individual correspondence Bible studies. Conducts mission interpretation visits to local churches and creates opportunities for inmates who want to change and are open to connecting with a congregation. Offers training and guidance to individuals who wish to visit the jail as a Christian witness.

Provides veterans with a full range of employment services, including referral services, job development, referral to training, and referral to government and community veteran service agencies. These representatives help veterans match their job skills to employer job openings and contact employers on behalf of the veteran for consideration in hiring.transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.

A satellite location of PA CareerLink® Lehigh Valley. It provides an array of employment and training services in a convenient, easily accessible location. Services include job counseling, resume preparation assistance, interview training and other prejob guidance services; job matching and referral; job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.

Provides home-based services for expectant families and children ages birth to three, who meet eligibility requirements. Services include weekly home visits in the areas of health, nutrition, education, social services, and child development, as well as socializations. The home visits are conducted by a Certified Family Development Specialists for 90 minutes once a week.

St Luke's Mobile Dental Unit provides free primary dental care to children, age 3-18, who have no insurance and have been referred by the school nurse. Operates Mon-Fri during the school year.
