Provides free legal representation in criminal matters for those charged within Bradford County, who are indigent and cannot afford to hire a lawyer. Matters for which representation is provided include misdemeanors, felonies, capital cases, and summary offenses when there is a possibility of incarceration. Representation of juveniles accused of delinquency.

Provides transportation for medical appointments, necessary shopping, and rides to senior centers.

Provides a shuttle service similar to other ride-share services where customers can use a smartphone app (Microtransit) to request a ride to and from anywhere they wish to travel within the service boundaries. Offers a convenient option to connect with fixed route service.

Provides advocacy and support services for crime victims and their loved ones.

Provides CPR/first aid classes and lifeguard trainings.

Provides registered nurse geriatric care management, medical patient advocacy, medical record review, and long-distance family liaison services.

Offers to help homeowners get mortgage relief and avoid foreclosure.

Provides financial support to allow honorably discharged veterans and their spouses to pay for qualifying items and expenses while they are in training and/or seeking full-time employment. Participants may receive up to $3,300 in supportive services to assist with childcare, transportation, housing, work clothes, tools, utilities, and any work-based needs.

Provides assistance to individuals and families in need of legal services in all areas of housing law, including discrimination and public housing appeals, landlord/tenant disputes, foreclosure and tax issues, and insurance claims.

Provides primary medical care, preventive care to include cancer screenings, case management services, chiropractic services, physical therapy, pharmacology program for medication management, and outpatient laboratory services. Family planning counseling and free contraceptives. Annual eye insurance offering free eye exam and discounted eyeglasses. Also offers many other services offsite at specialty providers' private offices including but not limited to eye care, orthopedics,, urology, dermatology, surgical referrals, pain management, cardiology and gastroenteritis.

Offers youth sports and recreation, physical fitness - health enhancement, wellness programs, special needs activities for the handicapped, aquatics programs including swim classes, family development, community service, values and Christian education, and education and training.

Offers a variety of ongoing, one-day, and event volunteer opportunities.

Provides food assistance. When available, also distributes clothing, furniture, baby products, and other donated items.

Offers limited ultrasounds for qualifying expectant mothers to determine how far along the pregnancy is. Prenatal vitamins are also available to qualifying ultrasound patients.

A therapeutic program designed to provide support to children with emotional and behavioral needs. IBHS provides comprehensive treatment to children to assist them in becoming more functional in the home, school, or community. Works with each child and their family to assist them in developing strategies to manage challenging behaviors more effectively.

A cooperative program of the City of Lancaster, Lancaster Township and the School District of Lancaster. Provides a wide variety of opportunities for senior citizens to participate in recreational activities. Activities include:

• Exercise classes, such as aerobics and Tai Chi
• Art classes, such as painting and art studio
• Various dance classes
• Lancaster Senior Orchestra and Touch of Jazz Quartet
• Bridge and other types of clubs
• Holiday, special events and birthday parties
• Informative programs held at a breakfast or lunch
• Pinochle games and parties
• Volunteer opportunities available
• Weekly Bingo
• Weekly programs at center locations
• Special events that include two major fundraisers
• LRC Senior Center open Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 12 pm; lunch served daily.

Offers overnight camp for children. Provides activities like hiking, swimming, boating and arts and crafts at Camp Ladore located in Waymart, PA.

Issues certified copies of birth and death certificates with raised seals that are acceptable for numerous purposes. Birth and death records are available starting in 1906. Contact them if the date of birth or death is earlier or unknown.

Provides low interest loan programs as well as the development of educational and awareness programs. Funding is also available for existing farmers as the Council works to keep the business of agriculture a vital part of the Chester County economy.

Provides distributes packed lunches every Sunday after services.

Provides a free 6-week educational course for parents, caregivers, and loved ones of children experiencing a mental illness. Educates participants about various mental illnesses, treatments and medications, and paths to recovery.

Provides education, counseling, diaper bank, community baby shower's, referrals, and material assistance.

A program for pregnant women who are income eligible. During pregnancy income eligibility increases to 215% above federal poverty guidelines. Services provided by the program include:

Provides youth with opportunities in equestrian sports and education by having them work for their riding instruction
