Occupational Therapy services can help address and overcome these challenges by: Assessing functional visual impairments; Training in use of adaptive equipment, techniques, and modifications; Educating clients, caregivers, and family members ; Improving functional and independent living.

Offers K-12 out-of-school programming that fosters an inclusive, informal learning environment for children, teens, and families, with accessible learning activities that build on life skills, Maker philosophies, and wellness concepts. Offers free homework assistance. Introduces hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) and Humanities programming. Promotes a love of reading and literacy.

Provides counseling, education, and support.

Screens individuals and families who are experiencing literal homelessness for assistance with first month’s rent and security deposit. Refers eligible clients to funding agencies.

Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation (IPR) program assist individuals with mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders in setting and achieving personal goals in their living, learning, working, and social environments.
