It allows residents a safer living environment with a warmer home during the heating season and a cooler home during the summer. After the home energy evaluation, the following conservation services and/or equipment may include insulation, air sealing, heating system repairs, furnace clean, tune, and safety inspection, door and window caulking and weather stripping, or carbon monoxide and smoke alarms.

Provides home fixing service. Repairs include replacing exterior doors and locks, rebuilding basement steps, making minor plumbing repairs and replacing electrical switches, outlets and fixtures.

This a program to help people who have a limited income lower their fuel bills, save energy and have more comfortable homes in the process. The work is done for those eligible free of charge. Specially trained workers make specified repairs to your home so that it becomes more snug, secure and cheaper to heat and cool. Services include attic and basement insulation, hot water heater and pipe insulation, window and door weatherstripping, caulking, broken glass replacement and glazing. Also as part of the Weatherization Program your furnace and water heater will be tested for its efficiency and safety. Inefficient or unsafe furnaces will be repaired or replaced. All work is done on an as needed basis. In addition, we provide education on ways you can use and save energy wisely.

Exterior and Interior home repairs focusing on neighborhood health and safety. Repairs provided by volunteers include exterior painting, landscaping, accessible ramp installation or repair, and other minor exterior and interior repairs offered at the discretion of the agency. Homeowners are responsible for covering a portion of the cost of their project.

The WARM Program can help you lower your electric bill and keep your home more comfortable in the winter and summer months. Customers participating in WARM: * receive an in-home energy usage evaluation * work with a trained energy educator to create an energy-savings plan * have the opportunity to receive energy-saving home improvements installed in the home

Coordinates and facilitates home modifications, ramps, stair glides, bathroom modifications, small home repairs, interior/exterior painting, porch and step repair, weatherization services, and home safety kit installation.

Administers the Customer Assistance Program (CAP) for lower income Met Ed electric households. Program provides bill subsidy, debt forgiveness and free weatherization services, sponsored by Met Ed and First Energy. Must meet income guidelines.
