Programs: On Track (PPL Electric) The On Track program helps PPL customers catch up on past-due electric bills by lowering monthly payments and forgiving a portion of back debt when program requirements are met. Proof of income is required for the application. SCA staff can assist in checking eligibility before enrollment. UGI Customer Assistance Program (CAP) & Operation Share These programs help UGI customers manage past-due gas utility bills through income- or usage-based payment agreements, with opportunities for arrearage and shortfall forgiveness. Eligibility – UGI CAP & Operation Share Total household income must not exceed monthly federal poverty guidelines Must have an active UGI account and use UGI as primary gas supplier Applicant must live at the property and have service in their name Must have a verifiable source of income Landlords are not eligible
