Programs: On Track (PPL Electric) The On Track program helps PPL customers catch up on past-due electric bills by lowering monthly payments and forgiving a portion of back debt when program requirements are met. Proof of income is required for the application. SCA staff can assist in checking eligibility before enrollment. Also provides vouchers for clothing, household items, and furniture for use at Saint Vincent de Paul thrift stores. Sponsors a food pantry in Butler that serves over 500 families every month. Food bank members can expect to receive vegetables, fruit, meat, dairy products, and non-perishable items. In addition, more than 20 Society Conferences host food pantries and many others provide some form of food assistance.
